Summer Borrowing

Because we conduct an inventory of the entire collection during the summer, regular borrowing is not possible. If you want to preview or use items in a course over the summer, you must turn in a request form by June 15th that includes ALL the materials you wish to use over this period. The items will then be sent to you in one shipment arriving no later than June 30th. They are not due back until August 15th.

We encourage you to submit these requests early to ensure your materials arrive promptly. Please mark the date field as summer semester. All users are limited to a total of 15 (fifteen) items per summer session. Note that this is the limit for summer borrowing only. If you have any questions, please contact the LARC.
