Wall Fund
The Wall Fund was established in 1999, following receipt of an $18 million unrestricted bequest from the estate of Lallage Feazel Wall of Monroe, Louisiana. The Administrators of the Tulane Educational Fund voted to allocate approximately $6 million of this bequest to fund initiatives related to the university's strategic plan, "Creating Tulane's Future: a truly distinctive university in America's most original city." Approximately $2.9 million dollars was awarded in the first two rounds of funding to 12 projects focused on Education, Research, the Undergraduate Experience and Research Infrastructure. Approximately $3.1 million dollars is available for distribution in future rounds.

Office of Research Administration
The Office of Research Administration provides funding opportunity notification, proposal and budget preparation assistance, proposal submission requirements, federal regulations, post-award grant administration for all Tulane University campuses.

Institutional Program Development and Government Affairs
The Office of Institutional Program Development and Government Affairs works to advance Tulane’s mission in research, teaching and service by: aggressively seeking government funding for University programs and activities; providing and analyzing data and developing strategies for the University’s coordinated response to challenges, threats and opportunities related to federal, state and local government activities; coordinating the development of University programs and cross-university partnerships that have the potential for significant government funding; administering the start-up phase of selected new projects; and acting in an advisory capacity for on-going government-awarded projects, as appropriate.

Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations
The Office of Corporate & Foundation Relations is responsible for managing the University's relationships with private foundations and corporations. Our goal is to increase the amount of private support of Tulane for the University's research, academic, or community service projects.
