"Copyright and Fair Use in the Digital Age" Based on an interview with Peter Lyman, chair of Educom's Committee on Copyright and Fair Use, this article is a good theoretical discussion of the issues surrounding copyright. Published in January 1995 in Educom Review. "Copyright Issues Online" compiled by Ann Okerson, Yale University, for the Association of American Universities/Association of Research Libraries Intellectual Property Task Force, this site lists copyright policies of many universities (Canadian and American) as well as an extensive collection of non-academic intellectual property resources.
