John Hainkel Louisiana Scholars Award

General Information
The John Hainkel Louisiana Scholars Award is a merit-based scholarship awarded to two superior entering Louisiana freshmen. The award covers the full cost of tuition, fees, room, board, and an $800 stipend for the cost of books and supplies and is renewable for four years (or five, for Architecture students) provided the student maintains a 3.00 cumulative grade point average and full-time enrollment in a full-time undergraduate division.

Application Procedure
Students must complete and submit the application for admission by December 15, the John Hainkel Louisiana Scholars application by December 15, and the Dean's Honor Scholarship application and project by December 15. Late or incomplete applications cannot be considered.
