The Pig Roast

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Brought by truck to the Marshall meat processing plant from a local farm....after 12 hours of traditional overnight roasting using the San Antonio method-....we stayed up all night....we made our own charcoal.....we didn't catch it on fire for more than a second or two-......THE PIG

 

The barbeque sauce was prepped and the carvers went to work

All the very best people came

Some told .... amusing jokes..... during a quite casual and pleasant feast.

Everyone ate a lot

Even the dogs got plenty
