The Patient Advocate, Randall M. Graf, Ph.D., acts as a liaison between students and Student Health Center (Uptown) Staff when a student has a specific complaint. Comment, Complaint, and Compliment forms are located at all reception areas, and in the first floor stairwell.  These forms may be submitted anonymously or signed if a reply is desired. All complaints are investigated and many result in improvements at the Tulane Student Health Center (Uptown). If students wish to speak to someone in person, they may see the Patient Advocate or the Director, James A. Farrow, MD.
