Phone: (504) 865-5255, extension 200.

Hours:     During the Fall and Spring Semesters only.

Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 12 noon
Sunday Closed

Holidays and Summer: Call for hours of operation.

Services: Our primary care physicians and nurse practitioners see students by appointment or as walk-ins. We are well equipped to manage the illnesses and injuries common to a college student population. When patients need more specialized care, they are generally referred to a consultant/specialist.

Appointments:

Same day appointments are available by calling 865-5255 ext. 200

Students can call the Nurse Triage Line at 862-8121 for a phone evaluation or advice.  Those students who walk-in will be seen as soon as possible by one of the primary care staff. These patients will be seen in the order of arrival.

Other Important Information:

  • If you cannot keep your appointment, call and cancel as soon as possible in order to release that appointment time for another student and to avoid the $20 no-show fee.

Treatment for Visitors:

People from out of town who are visiting either the campus or a student can be seen in the Primary Care Clinic or Weekend Clinic if:

  • The visitor is a high school student touring the campus as arranged by the Admissions Office.
  • The visitor has a Tulane Mardi Gras Visitor's ID during that week.
  • The visitor is a friend or family member of a student from out of town; is acutely ill, and the visitor is accompanied by a Tulane student.

We will provide professional services to these patients during the school year at no charge.
