This is a premier health site out of Boston and has top quality multi-speciality articles, worlds largest literature search databases Medline, Aidsline, Cancerlit, etc. with access to full text articles.  The site displays breaking medical news which is updated from all over the world every hour.  There are several other very good features including multimedia news, financial center, email, etc. The site does need a one time registration but is well worth it
