Who are

Information

Who are Peer Health Advocates of Tulane (PHATs)?

PHATs are Tulane student volunteers committed to increasing student awareness on various health issues.  PHATs are not medical experts. However, PHATs are trained to provide reliable and accurate information about contraception, nutrition, alcohol and drugs, safer sex practices, abstinence, and other college health issues.

If you are interested in becoming a PHAT, fill out a PHA Application.  Members are selected through a peer interview process normally held in the spring.
