Gaining Access to Tulane Computing Systems

Authorized Signature Card
If you will be accessing a General Ledger account, a signature card must be on file in the accounting office for signature verification.

Request TAMS access
Request access to the Tulane Account Management System, which is used for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Grants Management, Receivables, Cash Management and Fixed Assets.

Request Datastore access
Request access to stored data and reports.

Email Account Request
All Tulane employees and students are encouraged to acquire an email account. Please use this form to request an email account.
