Our Mission

To commission the most highly qualified and motivated Ensigns and Second Lieutenants in the United States Navy and Marine Corps.

Tulane Naval ROTC is a program for college students interested in pursuing a career as a U.S. Navy or U.S. Marine Corps officer after graduation. Midshipmen go on to exciting and rewarding service in many military fields, including aviation, surface warfare, submarine service, Marine specialties, intelligence and more. For qualified students, the U.S. Navy also offers full- and half-tuition ROTC scholarships at affiliated universities.

Tulane Naval ROTC comprises midshipmen from several New Orleans-area schools. In order to be accepted into the Tulane NROTC program, you must also be accepted at one of the following universities:

Tulane University
Loyola University
Xavier University
University of New Orleans
Dillard University
