The Tulane University Registrar's Office maintains the official records and transcripts for all eight schools on the uptown campus as well as the School of Public Health, located on the downtown campus. However, students and graduates of the School of Medicine should contact their school for transcript requests and fees. You may complete a transcript request form in the Registrar's Office, Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5:00, or you may send your request by mail or by FAX at (504) 865-6760. A written request with your signature is required. Include the following information in your request:
Tell us how you want the transcripts
delivered: *Requests for transcripts via Fax delivery, Two-Day delivery, or Next Day delivery received after 2pm CST will be processed the next business day. Transcripts delivered by U.S. Mail or picked up in the Registrar's Office are free up to five copies per week and $3.00 each per quantity above five. Your transcript will be mailed within three business days of receiving your request. For immediate service
on demand, same day processing, transcripts are $5.00 each. *Requests for transcripts via Fax delivery, Two-Day delivery, or Next Day delivery received after 2pm CST will be processed the next business day. Include your payment with your request. You may make payment by check, Visa or MasterCard. For Visa and MasterCard, include your Account Number and Card Expiration date. Requests with no student signature will not be processed. Please make sure to include your current address and telephone number in case we need to contact you.
