You will receive a license to run the software and a retail copy of the application CD. You will receive exactly the same software as the academic retail version. |
How many copies may I purchase? |
Students may purchase only 1 license/copy each of Office 2003 Professional, Office XP Professional, Windows XP Professional, or Office v. X for Macintosh. |

How many times may I install Windows professional operating system? |
The Windows Operating System will install on one computer an unlimited amount of times (if the PC were to crash, the student can reinstall the software). |
How many times may I install Office Professional? |
Office can be installed on two computers that belong to one student. Under the product use rights, the student can install Office on one desktop and one portable device (laptop).The student must own both devices. |
Can we make a “burned” copy of the Student CD-Rom? |
The duplication of Student CD-Roms is strictly prohibited. |

Technology Services receives your enrollment information from the Department of Admissions on a daily basis. Unfortunately, in most cases it takes 2 business days for your updated information to appear within the Technology Services system.
How do you know if Technology Services has your admissions information? Check the Tulane University Phone Book. The e-academy website looks at this information when checking the credentials of an individual trying to log in. Usually, when Technology Services has your full enrollment information, your entry in the phone book will be 90%-100% complete. If you see your name, e-mail and affiliation only, then Technology Services does not have your full enrollment information.
If you enrolled in classes within the last 2 business days ... please wait an additional day. If you cannot log in then contact the Tulane University Help Desk at 862-8888.

Make sure you are using the correct user name and password. You must use your Tulane Technology Account user name and password. This is the same user name and password that you use to check your webmail account.
Please try logging in again with the correct user name and password. If you continue to receive this error, 1st verify that you can use that same user name and password in webmail. If you cannot log in to webmail, contact the Tulane University Help Desk at 504-862-8888 so that we can reset your password. If you can log in to webmail, ensure that you are typing in your log in information the same way in both places (webmail and e-academy). |
