Institutionally owned computer and it is located in the department
Option 1: contact the Help Desk and let them walk you through installing the software.
Option 2: contact the Help Desk and request on-site help
Institutionally owned computer and it located in your home
Option 1: contact the Help Desk from home and let them walk you through installing the software.
Option 2: Bring the computer back into the department. Then, contact the Help Desk and request on-site help. Note, this may take several days to complete.
Personally owned (faculty or staff) desktop computer and its located in your home

Personally owned (student) desktop computer and its located in your off-campus home
