I placed an order with E-academy and would like to track the order, what do I do

contact support@e-academy.com and include the following information:

  • full name
  • Tulane Username
  • order information (a copy of your order acknowledgement is best)
I need help installing the software.

Any faculty, staff or student can contact the Tulane Help Desk during operating hours for phone support. However, onsite support depends on where the computer is physically located. See below for options...

Help Desk Phone numbers:

  • Uptown campus or Primate Center x8888
  • School of Medicane campus x8-8888

Institutionally owned computer and it is located in the department

Option 1: contact the Help Desk and let them walk you through installing the software.

Option 2: contact the Help Desk and request on-site help

Institutionally owned computer and it located in your home

Option 1: contact the Help Desk from home and let them walk you through installing the software.

Option 2: Bring the computer back into the department. Then, contact the Help Desk and request on-site help. Note, this may take several days to complete.

Personally owned (faculty or staff) desktop computer and its located in your home

Option 1: contact the Help Desk from home and let them walk you through installing the software.

Personally owned (student) desktop computer and its located in your off-campus home

Option 1: contact the Help Desk from home and let them walk you through installing the software.

Personally owned (student) desktop computer and its located in your dorm room

Option 1: contact the Help Desk and let them walk you through installing the software.

Option 2: contact the Help Desk and request on-site help

Personally owned laptop computer (faculty, staff or student), regardless of location
