Tulane University is nearing completion on a major project to modernize the on-line financial system.  Tulane Accounting Management Systems, TAMS, will replace the existing Financial Records System, FRS, with an integrated suite of financial applications from the Oracle Corporation.  Our goal is to improve financial management and reporting capabilities of the University at many levels by providing improved tools and increased functionality.
