This annotated bibliography is a continuing list of New Orleans cookbooks dating from the earliest to be found (1885) to the present. We -- the New Orleans Culinary History Consortium -- have defined our project to include all books about New Orleans food. Inquiries may be directed to our coordinator, or to the webmaster. Note: this is a working website for our members; we do not accept unsolicited annotations.
