Educational Benefits

Tuition Waiver

Employees should review the Tuition Waiver Policy (for faculty | for staff) in its entirety; this is an outline of the regulations governing the Tuition Waiver Program. 

The Tuition Waiver Program entitles employees and/or their dependents to attend the University and receive exemption from payment of tuition, but not University fees, for credit courses they take.  Employees can only take classes at Tulane University.  Dependents can take classes at Tulane University or at one of the institutions listed in the Tuition Exchange Program.  These benefits are contingent upon the University's admission guidelines.

 

Tuition Exchange

Tulane participates in a Tuition Exchange Program with approximately 200 other schools for undergraduate dependent children's study.  Tulane's continued participation in this program depends upon maintenance of an overall balance between the number of students offered Tuition Exchange at Tulane and the number of Tulane dependents who receive Tuition Exchange scholarships at other schools. Because of the necessity of maintaining this balance, Tuition Exchange is not a guaranteed benefit.  You can review the list of Participating Schools and access an application on Office of Financial Aid web site.

 

Child Care Program

 

 

Payroll/Personnel Information Form
Adjusts employee data such as a change of address, department name, or phone number.  Submit this form to have your address changed with benefit vendors (i.e. United HealthCare etc.) also.
