PAY FREQUENCY

There are three (3) frequencies of pay:

MONTHLY

This includes full-time exempt and non-exempt staff as well as part-time exempt staff/faculty. Paychecks are issued on the last working day of the month.

BI-WEEKLY

This includes service departments (such as Security, Facilities, Plant Operations and Child Care), maintenance and skilled craft, as well as part-time non-exempt staff and students.

There are 26 pay periods per year. Employees are paid every other Friday, except for holidays. When a holiday occurs, checks are issued on the last working day before the holiday.

SEMI-MONTHLY This is used only for Medical Residents
