The Cowen Institute, which operates under the direct supervision of the President of Tulane University, is comprised of seven full-time staff members and receives additional support from student interns, graduate assistants, and partnerships with existing units at Tulane. The institute's National Advisory Council, which will be comprised of a diverse and distinguished group of eight national and regional leaders in public education reform, plays a valuable role in advising the Cowen Institute’s staff on current and potential initiatives. [more info]
