Beginning Monday, October 24, 2005 buildings will be available for faculty and staff to retrieve belongings from 8 am to 5 pm. Faculty and staff must register 48 hours in advance by filling out the Access Registration Form. Employees will be required to present their Tulane I. D. to gain entrance to campus.

| October 26 and 27 | Richardson Memorial and Norman Mayer |
| October 28 and 29 | Howard Tilton Memorial Library and Jones Hall (excluding basement areas) |
Buildings are only available on the listed dates and substitutions are not available at this time. Please remember that upon arrival, faculty and staff must show photo identification to enter the campus and buildings.

All Tulane University faculty and staff are reminded to follow the established schedule above for returning to their offices prior to the Spring ’06 semester. Please note that individuals are being allowed to return to their offices to retrieve belongings only; the campus is not open for business at this time.
Unless faculty and staff have specifically been called back to work, they are not allowed to work from their offices. Individuals returning to offices earlier than the proscribed time can impede the remediation process currently underway.
Individuals who feel they have an emergency that requires them enter their offices other than at a scheduled time should call 1-504-865-5381 and ask to speak to the shift supervisor.
