Getting settled in his room aboard the cruise ship MV Dream is University College student Dwayne Hamilton. The cruise ship, which is docked on the Mississippi River near downtown New Orleans, is providing living quarters this spring for Tulane students, faculty and staff displaced by Hurricane Katrina.
