Health care is back in business in downtown New Orleans at Tulane University Hospital and Clinic. On Valentine’s Day, the hospital reopened its emergency department and 63 inpatient beds, along with five operating rooms, four cardiac catheterization labs and outpatient surgery, pharmacy, laboratory and radiology departments.
