The final weekend of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival opens tomorrow, with banners along the streetcar line promoting the popular event. The festival continues tomorrow through Sunday (May 5 through 7) at the Fair Grounds with headliners Jimmy Buffet on Saturday and Fats Domino, Pete Fountain, Paul Simon and Lionel Richie on Sunday.
