The spring semester, long awaited during the months last fall when Tulane was closed because of Hurricane Katrina damage, is over and commencement celebrations are in order. Graduates and their families will be guests of honor at the "Wave Goodbye" party tonight on campus and the university commencement ceremony is tomorrow (May 13) at the New Orleans Arena.
