COMING DOWN. Crews are making progress on the demolition of Rosen House residence hall on Claiborne Avenue, as the lights of Turchin Stadium start coming into view behind the structure. Built in 1959, Rosen House was severely damaged in Hurricane Katrina. The area will provide much-needed parking space for the university and improve Tulane's "front door" on Claiborne Avenue.
