It's a sure sign of progress since Hurricane Katrina. Tulane has a new flagpole at the St. Charles Avenue entrance to campus, in front of Gibson Hall. The university purchased the pole but it was installed at no cost by Westbank Electric Inc. Richard Cabaniss, at left in the second photo, and Roger Shears handled the installation.
