'Tis the season for holiday celebrations and New Orleanians are getting in the spirit. Despite the ongoing hurricane recovery in the city, Christmas trees are going up and some residents along beautiful St. Charles Avenue are displaying outdoor lights and decorations to get everyone in the holiday mood.
