I'm a junior in Biomedical Engineering and looking for some more experience in the field during the summer. If anyone knows of any opportunities in the bioscience field it would be greatly appreciated! Roll Wave
BANANAS FOSTER - Made at the PotLuck by Carla Gasparini
(1 large serving)
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 ripe banana, peeled and cut into slices
A dash of cinnamon
1 tablespoon banana liqueur
1 oz of white rum
1 oz of brandy (optional)
Pecan pieces
Vanilla ice cream
Place all ingredients in oven safe container. Sprinkle cinnamon over bananas. Place in oven for 5 min at 350 F or until the butter melts. Place bananas and carmalized sugar/butter mix over ice cream. Top with pecan pieces.
