Charlotte B. Travieso
Director, Office of Alumni Affairs and Executive Director, Tulane Alumni Association

since 2000

Responsibilities include management of the Alumni Affairs office, and the organization and implementation of alumni programs and services.  Facilitates the activities of the Tulane Alumni Association Board of Directors; serves as ex-officio member of the TAA Executive, Finance, and Nominating committees. Represents the office and the alumni board in coordinating activities with the Development, Student Affairs, Career Services, Athletics, Government Affairs, Publications, and Public Relations departments.

Hillary Green
Senior Program Coordinator for Office Operations

Develops budget for the Office of Alumni Affairs (OAA) and for the Tulane Alumni Association (TAA) and its 50+ alumni clubs.  Keep all accounting for the OAA and the TAA.  Provides monthly recaps of expenditures to Institutional Advancement and to the TAA Finance Committee and the 50+ Alumni Club Presidents.  Supervises the Senior Alumni Affairs Assistant receptionist/house manager, and the student employees. Coordinates all purchasing, invoicing, and office accounting. Coordinates all human resources actions.  Coordinates all printing and mailing for the OAA and the TAA events. Assists the Tulane Alumni Association by coordinating and attending meetings of the Executive Committee and the Finance Committee. Provides assistance to the Director of Alumni Affairs.

 

Terrence Jones
Assistant Director for Alumni Clubs

Supervise the Office of Alumni Affairs Senior Program Coordinators for Alumni Clubs and the Alumni Affairs Assistant for Alumni Clubs. Coordinates, organize and support alumni club activities in various cities as well as specific programs of the Tulane Alumni Association Board of Directors and its committees. Serve as Assistant Director of Alumni Affairs. Plan for re-energizing inactive alumni clubs and pinpointing new possibilities. Establish and promote international alumni clubs. Support the Programming Committee of the TAA Board. Coordinate alumni announcements, invitations, and publications to project direct, consistent message. Works closely with volunteers, peers, faculty members, students and campus departments.

Chloe Wicks
Senior Program Coordinator

Serves as administrative operations coordinator for the 60+ Tulane alumni clubs as a part of the Tulane Club Team. Supports the Tulane alumni club activities by taking reservations for events nationwide. Manages the Tulane Alumni Travel Program. Works with alumni travel vendors to offer varied educational travel for Tulane Alumni.

Ellen Brierre
Manager, Law School Alumni Relations

Responsibilities include coordination, organization and administration of programs for Law School alumni, students, parents and friends that engage their interest, heighten their awareness of Law School life, encourage their involvement and support for the Law School and enrich a continuing relationship with the Law School and one another.  Coordinates alumni activities and programs for the Law School Dean, including special receptions, lectures and class reunions.  Works closely with law volunteers, peers, law faculty members, law students and other campus departments.  Collaborates with university alumni and development units in the development of communications and activities to inform, promote, cultivate and steward law alumni, parents and friends.  Coordinates the University's annual Legacy Picnic.

Cynthia Hayes
Director, Health Sciences Alumni Relation

Responsibilities include coordination and planning programs that identify, engage, and involve Tulane University Health Sciences Center (TUHSC) constituencies with the university and with one another, along with programs that provide involvement with TUHSC schools, research and clinical programs, alumni, parents, friends, patients, and other groups affiliated with TUHSC.  Staffs the Tulane Medical School Alumni Association and the School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine Alumni Association boards and serves as the Executive Director. Coordinates and plans programs for Tulane emeritus alumni. Plans and directs the annual Tulane University Educational Conference. Acts as the liaison with the TUHSC Board of Governors for the Senior Vice President for Health Sciences.

Laurie Orgeron
Senior Program Coordinator

Serves as the Advisor to the Student Alumni Ambassadors (SAA) in order to engage current students in social, educational and community service activities as they prepare to become alumni of the university. Plans and executes the annual Hometown Party Program, the University's annual Taste of New Orleans to welcome incoming students, as well as the Senior Sendoff Party to honor graduating students.  Represents the Alumni Affairs Office on various campus-wide committees. Serves as chair of the Tulane University Homecoming Committee and the Staff Representative to the Tulane Alumni Association Nominating Committee.

Danielle Mitchell
Information Systems Coordinator

Responsibilities include user support and computer troubleshooting for the Alumni Affairs office.  Recommends replacement of equipment and upgrading software.  Coordinates maintenance and operation of communication technologies.  Develops and maintains the worldwide alumni listservs.  Continually develops and update the alumni website; serves as project coordinator for the online alumni community; serves as liaison to the TAA Communications and Marketing Committee.  Works closely with volunteers, peers, faculty members, students and campus departments.

Gabriela Cannon
Senior Program Coordinator for Alumni Clubs

Strengthens the Tulane presence in assigned cities by organizing, coordinating, staffing and supporting creative alumni club programming. Coordinate, organize and support Alumni Affairs activities as well as programs of the Tulane Alumni Association Board. Support the Tulane Club Committee and Awards Committee of the Tulane Alumni Association. Oversee, compose and edit articles for the Tulanian. Work closely with volunteers, students, peers and campus departments.

Anissa Eugene
Senior Alumni Affairs Assistant

Provides the primary Alumni House manager duties for the Alumni Affairs Office.  Rents Alumni House for social events and meetings.  Serves as receptionist.  Provides clerical assistance to Alumni Affairs office with project assignments as designated.  Serves as an example of quality customer service.
