PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Excavation of Metropolis, Turkey; July 20-August 24, 1999, research assistant to Professor Kenneth W. Harl, Tulane University, for publication of coins from the excavations of Metropolis directed by Professor Recep Meriç, Ege Üniversitesi, Izmir, Turkey. As a member of the excavation team, I worked on coins housed at the excavation house and on a hoard of Roman coins in the Archaeological Museum, Izmir.

Excavations of Gordion and Metropolis, Turkey, June 15-August 15, 2000, research assistant to Professor Kenneth W. Harl, Tulane University, for publication of coins from excavations of Gordion and Metropolis. I shall also assist Professors Sena Mutlu and Kenneth Harl in the publication of a hoard of Byzantine coins in the Ankara Archaeological Museum.

PUBLICATIONS:

"The Bath Hoard of Roman Coins from Metropolis, Ionia," to be published jointly with Kenneth W. Harl, submission to the American Journal of Numismatics, spring 2000.
