Students who wish to qualify for the Louisiana Real Estate Salesman's
Licensing Examination must complete a minimum of 90 contact hours of
coursework (equivalent to six credits or two real estate courses)in the
following:

Real Estate (3 credits) |
 | A Real Estate elective (3 credits)

Preparation
for the Louisiana Real Estate Broker's License
Students who are interested in
qualifying for the Louisiana Real Estate Broker's License Examination
must complete a minimum of 150 contact hours (equivalent to 12 credit
hours) in the following:
 | UREL 232 Principles and Practices of
Real Estate (3 credits) |
 | Four Real Estate electives (12
credits) |
Other business courses may substitute
for the broker's requirements. For the most current information
