This is my best friend Linda Kah. She is a geologist working on problems relating to Mesoproterozoic (1.6 - 1.0 billion years old) shallow water carbonates, ocean chemistry, and cyanobacteria (dead pond scum). Her field area, pictured above, is in the Canadian Arctic (72 degrees North latitude, on northern Baffin Island). Presently, she is too busy to make her own web page because she is preparing to fight off the polar bears for yet another season.
