Student awards

• Deborah Denuyl is this year's winner of both the J. Ernest Tanner Award for Excellence in Economics and the Senior Scholar Award in Economics. Deborah's consistent excellence in her course work resulted in this year's highest GPA for a student in the Economics major.
  
• Catherine Freshley is this year's Newcomb College Award in Economics winner. Catherine earned the highest GPA among Newcomb College students in the Economics major.
  
• Michael C. Bosworth is this year's Paul Tulane College Award in Economics winner. Michael earned the highest GPA among Tulane College students in the Economics major.
  
• Jason T. Rosenberg is this year's Mathematical Economics Award winner. Jason earned the highest GPA among students jointly majoring in Economics and Mathematics.
