Easy Greens
Easy Greens is a locally sourced salad company that produces and sells individually wrapped gourmet salads. All ingredients are from local farmers and the production process is designed to have the salad on the shelf within 1-2 days of leaving the farm. Premium quality ingredients such as artichoke hearts, strawberries and pine nuts, along with a bamboo fork and low-fat dressing combine for a unique, healthy and satisfying portable snack. FCG's involvement with this project will be to assist in the design and operation of Easy Green's supply chain and production process, along with estimation of demand, optimization of existing resources and location of shelf space.
