For Monday, Feb 25.

Glance over the grammar description of 7.16-7.17 and write workbook Б, В, Г, Д on past tenses of the listed verbs. What seems to be the structural characteristic of these vbs in the past? Note their infinitives. Remember we know how to conjugate мочь: могУ мОжешь мОжет мОжем мОжете мОгут. Present of принести (P) is принесУ принесёшь принесёт принесём принесёте принесУт. What verb(s) does it bring to mind?

The word ждать 'wait for' is explained excitingly well on pl. 329.

Write a personal letter in Russian to a friend, using the past tenses of 7.15-17, indirect speech constructions, and the discourse phrases we are working on in our dialogue (in vocab.)
