Tutorial 6 - Creating Web Page Forms

This week, you will build an "input form" that can be completed by others. There are many uses for such forms. I'm sure that each of you have completed such forms many times. Now, you get to see one example of the HTML necessary to build such forms.

Be aware that the input form you build will not be able to return (submit) the completed information. Why? Why, is a question in this week's BlackBoard Discussions.

There are lots of little details needed to complete this assignment. Start early so that you are NOT rushed to complete this assignment.
