Tutorial 2 - Developing a WebSite

This is a graded assignment. You will:
1). participate in BlackBoard Discussions
2). complete the US Constitution WebPage described below

BlackBoard Discussions
10 Points Maximum
There are several new BlackBoard discussions setup in the Discussion Board section of BlackBoard. Each discussion should be self-explanatory. The name of each discussion begins with "W3", indicating that it is to be used during Week 3 of class. See our Site Index WebPage for a complete list of Weeks and Dates for all Assignments. You may add as many threads to these discussions as you like. Each time you substantially participate in one of these discussions you earn 3 points (maximum 10 points).

The help discussion is "W3 - Help" Use this to ask any and all question you have. You earn 0 points for asking a question. You earn 4 points for correctly answering a question.

Remember, as a condition for taking this class, you already agreed to the following:
"I understand BlackBoard Discussions are a required (graded element) of weekly assignments. I agree that I will participate early in weekly discussions.  I agree that I will read my fellow student's postings. I agree to visit weekly discussion forums multiple times every week. I agree to add threads that comment on other student's posts. I agree to use BlackBoard Discussions to help my fellow students whenever possible.  In other words, I agree to use BlackBoard Discussions in place of conversations that would otherwise take place face-to-face in weekly classroom meetings -- which are otherwise impossible in an on-line class like this one."

1. Use a Google search to find a text only version of the US Constitution. Also you will find a text only version of US Consitution included in BlackBoard's Course Materials.
2. Using the 7 Articles of the Constitution
3. Make one web page
4. With an index of the Articles at the top
5. Link the index to each Article using "Linking to Locations within Documents" as explained in our TextBook starting on p.74
6. At the end of each Article, provide an easy way to return to the top of the page
7. Upload your WebPage to your CPST WebSite
8. eMail George the URL

2. 20 points - Your Constitution WebPage satisfies above 8 items.
