Tutorial 4 - Creating Special Effects with CSS

This is a graded assignment. You will:

BlackBoard Discussions

There are several Forums setup in the Discussion Board section of BlackBoard. Each discussion should be self-explanatory. You may add as many threads to these discussions as you like. Each time you substantially participate in one of these discussions you earn 3 points (maximum 10 points).

1. 10 points - WebPages are well designed as judged by George, one of us will receive 10 points, others less.
2. 10 points - gresham.css external style sheet contains at least 5 unique uses of styles including contextual selectors, pseudo-class/element, positioning, list modifiers, and rollover effect, 2 points each, 10 points maximum.
3. 10 points - HTML is error free as certified by W3C Markup Validator as XHTML 1.0 Transitional or XHTML 1.0 Strict, your choice. Cascading Style Sheet is error free as certified by W3C CSS Validator
4.   9 points - 1 point for each link to external resources, maximum 9 points.
5.   5 points - all WebPages are named correctly. See this WebPage for more info -- Guidelines for Naming HTML Files and Folders
6.   5 points - website consists of at least 5 webpages, 1 point each page, 5 points maximum.
7.   5 points - printer.css external style sheet is used to format your webpages for printed media.
8.   4 points - HTML decorated with comments that describe the different parts of your HTML ... making it easier for others to understand your coding. All graded elements are documented (decorated). Comments used to document both of your external style sheets.
9.   1 points - folder used to keep your website organize on the Webserver.
