Each year GSSA members nominate and select one faculty member from each school (School of Liberal Arts and School of Science & Engineering) that best exemplifies excellence in graduate teaching and graduate student professional development. Nominations and selections take place near the end of the spring semester for the previous academic year.

2013-2014 GSSA Faculty Award Recipients

Dr. Bruce Brower in the department of Philosophy from the School of Liberal Arts, and Dr. Jill Daniel in the department of Psychology from the School of Science and Engineering.

2012-2013 GSSA Faculty Award Recipients

Dr. Elizabeth Boone in the department of Art from the School of Liberal Arts, and Dr. Donata Henry in the department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the School of Science and Engineering.
