General Information
In order to be eligible for funding, an organization must be in good standing with GSSA. The maximum funding per event has traditionally been $250.00. However, there is no limit as to how many events an organization can request funding for. The GSSA assembly approves all entertainment applications by majority vote.
Requests must be made by email to the Treasurer, Megan Holt, no less than 48 hours before the GSSA meeting at which the application will be discussed.

Things to note:
1) All funding requests must be approved before the event takes place.
2) Original receipts are required for reimbursements.
3) GSSA cannot under any circumstances reimburse an individual student for alcohol purchases if the organization has not followed and complied with proper event registration procedure with the Office of Student Programs.
This is a very lengthly and involved process, so start early.
