A few weeks after you have turned in your receipts and paperwork, there will be a reimbursement check for you in Student Programs. New checks are cut every Wednesday.
Vanessa King, Project Assitant in the Office of Student Programs, keeps the checks. Her desk is located in the Garden level of the LBC: G02 in Suite 204.
If your check hasn't been cut after five weeks, please contact Megan, the GSSA Treasurer. She will investigate the matter.
