Services:  The Student Health Center (Uptown) is pleased to administer your prescribed allergy immunotherapy. A modest fee is charged, per semester, for this service.  We do require students to wait twenty minutes after each injection.  Allergy injections are given by appointment on certain weekdays.  No allergy injection services are available on weekends.

To assure a standard of quality care, a checklist is completed whenever new vials of serum are brought to the Student Health Center at the beginning of each academic year.  All information on the checklist must be provided BEFORE allergy injections can be given.  Often, immunotherapy is delayed, because the information must be obtained from the physician.

If you have questions, please call (504) 865-5255 xt. 200.
