Dominuqe Meekers is Research  Director with Population Services International, Washington DC, and Adjunct  Associate Professor, Dept. of International Health, Tulane University.   His current research focuses on the design and evaluation of social marketing  programs, with a particular emphasis on adolescent reproductive health programs  in sub-Saharan Africa.
