Colloquium Location

All panels and events will be held on the second floor of the Lavin-Bernick Center.  Please consult the Tulane Campus Map to locate the building. MAP

Transportation to and from the hotel will be covered. Please plan to leave promptly from the hotel at 8:30 a.m. and return to the hotel at the end of each day’s activities.

Panels and Events

Guests are responsible for their travel arrangements. Brazilian participants should secure visas as soon as possible.  Since this is a small conference, please intend on attending the entire colloquium.

Travel

All guests should stay at the Garden District Hotel, located  at 2203 St. Charles Avenue (1-800-265-1856).   We have already made arrangements. 

You will need a credit card to check in.  You are responsible for your own incidentals and parking. Breakfast and internet service are provided. Please consult their website for more information:
