Campaign JNV 2001: National campaign with a 98% coverage of the target group of 2,258,647 children between 6 and 59 months. The program was launched in 1998. |

Campaign JRMI 2000: In the Koulikoro region. 109% coverage for the targeted 148,308 children between 6 and 59 months, and 139% coverage for the targeted 23,295 post partum women. |

Vitamin A is given through National Immunization Days, Schools, Clinics, and other mass campaigns. |

Currently, there is no food fortification with Vitamin A. The FRAT study has been done to identify which foods are the best vehicles to function as targets for deficiency with fortification. Three international consultations have been done for sugar, flour and oil. |
