Similar signed petitions or resolutions concerning an inquiry on religious rigths of Americans in Mexico.

Letters or notes from congressmen, most of which are addressed to John P. Higgins, the chairman of the Voluntary Congressional Committe on Mexico, in support of the petitions.

Folder 5

Copy of the Congressional Record for July 17, 1935, in which Congressman Higgins reports to Congress on the petition he had delivered to Pres. Roosevelt the previous day.

Letter of U.S. citizens to Congressman Higgins describing conditions in Mexico in regard to religion and religious school. Most are notarized.
