This database provides full-text information in Spanish and Portuguese from 41 newspapers from Puerto Rico and 11 Latin American countries, including Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil. Key newspaper titles include El Universal, Mexico City's largest-selling newspaper; O Globo (Brazil); La Nación (Argentina); and El Mercurio (Chile). Provides full-text access to national and international news, business and general information. News sources include newspapers, magazines, media transcripts and wire services. LexisNexis Academic CORE

Offers full-text of national and international newspapers. To search Spanish or Portuguese language news sources select "News" from the red menu (top left). Then select "Spanish Language News" or "Portuguese Language News" as a source. You may also search by individual publication. Coverage varies by title.

Alternative Press Index

Center for Research Libraries (CRL) CORE

CRL is a consortium of North American universities, of which Tulane University is a member. All materials located in the CRL catalog are available through interlibrary loan (ILL). CRL maintains an impressive collection of foreign language newspapers in print and on microfilm, both historical and current: Foreign Newspapers Collection.
