BOOK WITH ART AND LEGENDS

I am looking at a book with text and another with just art, white shapes in a dark space. Someone is over my shoulder.

Behind my art department dean’s desk was a drawing by Rico LeBrun of a clown. When I first moved to Los Angeles, I called about him and he reviewed my drawings.

He suggested I continue my studies. My son gave me some lithographs of his work as a present. When I was working with the NYC editor on the last book, everyday, ideas for layouts of art and amount of text were exchanged. Can medical series art be considered fine art like LeBrun’s?
