Puppy Fetus

PUPPY FETUS

A Black woman and I are pointing to a cellutex ceiling that is coming down. I clean the ceiling square. The woman has one tooth missing.

Myself with a puppy fetus. A menstrual flow that is twice in one month. A family with a baby coming in. Mother’s clothes on hangers. A fish store, but not next to a dress store. Mother tries to help people rush in. Hair in curlers. The ceiling is falling down.

I am tried and frightened, edge-wise. Perm hair and clean jacket. Company walk in. Ceiling comes down. A dress shop. A friend with a fancy Paris dress. Costumes for play mistress. Front of store design next to fish store.

Dog attaches to back skirt at dress shop. Food in tray outside steps to balcony. Entrance to house. Girl in car without a front tooth.

All of this primary thought process is portrayed in rich texture and very abstract design. The important figures, the women pointing to the ceiling falling down, at my son’s sculpture warehouse, and the fetus of a dog are larger in size than the other episodes of the dream. My husband had brought home a gift from a parent, a thorough bred six week old Cocker Spaniard puppy. The servant would not take care of it, as she helped with the two little daughters. I told him that we could have another child for the trouble the puppy was causing.
