interest are archived in the "reg.carib" conference, a
part of the Institute for Global Communications / Peacenet 
database, which is available by password access in the 
"Reference Services and Resources" section of the Latin 
American Library web site. Ask in the LAL office about 
passwords and for help in using the database.
